SCREEN PRINTING

Using "silk screens," your order is designed to preference and then a special ink is applied to one side of the screen that only goes through the cut design and onto your item. Depending on how many colors there are, many different layers can be applied one on top of another. Once the "ink" is applied, it is "cured" by intense heat so that the design will not smear, peel, or flake. It is a time-consuming process, but the end result is well worth it. (min qty: 12)
