We take pride in serving the New River Valley's residents, businesses, schools, and charitable organizations, as well as the local rescue, fire, and police departments. At M.O.M., we specialize in affordable personalization services including embroidery, screen printing, heat pressing, and vinyl lettering for all levels of our customers' needs, from personal items to business and corporate gifts. If you need it, we can get it and make it yours.

Wouldn't you love to get your name out to your customers and give them something they can use at the same time? If so, we also offer personalized promotional items such as magnets, pens, mugs, golf accessories, calendars...too many products to name! We also will personalize items not purchased from us*. Have you found an item somewhere else? Bring it in and we can embroider or heat press it for you to give it that personal touch. Most importantly, we offer PLATINUM CUSTOMER SERVICE and we haven't forgotten what hospitality is all about. We want to help you grow your business by showing you that you are a shining example of what teamwork is all about.

*Upon purchase of personalization of carried-in products purchased from another place, the customer will be asked to sign a waiver that removes our liability in the event the item is damaged upon production of personalization.

We are also active in our community on a charitable level, providing monetary donations and product donations, and we encourage employee participation in events and organizations throughout the New River Valley and beyond. For example, we have donated over 200 soldier packages, served Thanksgiving dinner with the Salvation Army, and supported our local schools. We believe in teamwork on all levels and we constantly strive to be the best in customer service and satisfaction.
